These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The SDR Project, a 1:1 personalised tech sales coaching program operated by Amit Semwal (“Coach”, “we”, “us”).

By enrolling, booking a call, making any payment, or accessing any material, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Program

The SDR Project is a career coaching and training program designed to help candidates transition into B2B SaaS SDR/BDR roles through structured guidance, skill-building, and personalised mentorship.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Resume and LinkedIn optimisation

• Tech sales training

• Cold calling + objection handling coaching

• Interview preparation

• Job hunt strategy and outreach guidance

• Templates, scripts, frameworks, resources

• Access to communication via WhatsApp group

  
  

This program is not a job placement service, employment agency, or recruitment service.

2. Interview Guarantee

We provide a 100% interview guarantee, meaning:

We guarantee you will receive interview opportunities when you follow the job hunt process taught and provided inside the program (resume alignment, sample call, video pitch, email outreach, data building, etc.). 

However: We DO NOT guarantee job offers, salaries, promotions, or employment of any kind.

Your interview performance, final conversion, and hiring outcomes depend on your own effort, skill development, and performance.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of the program, you must:

• Attend scheduled 1:1 sessions

• Complete the assigned tasks (resume, sample cold call, video pitch, email pitch, etc.)

• Actively participate in the job hunt and outreach strategy

• Communicate professionally and respectfully

• Not misuse any resources, data, or templates provided

• Follow the ethical guidelines of B2B SaaS sales

• Not expect results without taking action
  
  

Failure to complete the required steps may impact your results and will void the interview guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the interview guarantee conditions are met and you qualify under the program’s refund rules (if applicable).

• You are responsible for ensuring payment completion before accessing the program.

• Partial payments, trial access, or pay-later options (if offered) must be honoured on time.

• Non-payment results in immediate suspension from the program.

  
  

  
  
  

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling issues

• Lack of effort or incomplete assignments

• Not attending sessions

• Not completing the outreach required for interview guarantee

• Already receiving coaching or resources
  
  

Refunds apply ONLY if:

You completed all steps of the SDR Project process exactly as instructed, You executed the full outreach strategy (as per templates + data + instructions), You made genuine attempts at improvement, and still did not receive any interview opportunity. The final decision rests exclusively with the Coach.

6. No Job Guarantee

You acknowledge that:

• We do NOT guarantee job offers

• We do NOT promise specific salaries or hikes

• We do NOT control hiring decisions, interview panels, market conditions, or company behavior

• You are solely responsible for your performance in interviews

• Training results vary based on your commitment and ability
  
  

This protects you from false expectations and protects us from claims.

7. Use of Materials and Resources

All training materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, videos, and call examples are for personal use only.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or re-sell any materials

• Use them to create competing courses, coaching programs, or training services

• Publish or leak internal processes or proprietary documents
  
  

Legal action may be taken for violation.

8. Confidentiality

You will receive access to sensitive information, including:

• Hiring manager contact databases

• Sample calls and examples

• Internal frameworks and templates
  
  

You must keep all information strictly confidential and use them only for your personal job search.

9. Conduct and Communication

You must maintain respectful communication at all times.

Harassment, inappropriate messages, or unprofessional behavior may result in removal without refund.

10. Scheduling and Sessions

• Sessions can be rescheduled but require prior notice.

• Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to removal from the program.

• Sessions are conducted online through Google Meet.
  
  

  
  

11. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Hiring outcomes

• Delayed job results

• Market changes

• Company hiring freezes

• Actions or decisions made by employers

• Your performance in interviews

• Income expectations or missed opportunities
  
  

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be resolved in Delhi jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the SDR Project, making a payment, or accessing any material, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to comply with them

• Understand the limits of the program

• Acknowledge the difference between an interview guarantee and a job guarantee

• Will not pursue legal claims based on expectations outside these Terms.
